31 years of career is spread across both line and staff functions in four different industry segments, namely Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Processing, Management Consultancy, and Education.
During last six years, was involved in setting up the HR functions in six new institutions and one company, from their inception.
Present job responsibility includes setting up and heading Human Resource functions for an Education Services Company.
During previous six years, headed HR functions of ten educational institutions in the group.
Earlier three years work pertains to training, satisfaction research, and business development in a management consultancy company.
First twenty-two years experience encompasses institutional sales, channel sales, distribution, general management and administration, etc.

Goal: Make a perceptible positive difference in functioning of an organization through transparent and ethical practices and employer branding. .
