Job Description : Scope for the Profile :
Ability to take responsibility as Project Manager - responsible for the planning, execution and closing of any project. PM is accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Create clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements and managing the triple constraints of the project namely the cost, time and scope. Follow up with the major Buyers regularly for specialized and imported packages.

Ability to take responsibility and act as a client representative and determine and implement the exact needs of the client, based on the technical and technological limitations. Adapt various internal procedures of the customers and to form close links with the deployed resources from either sides. Ability to Ensure the issues of cost, time, quality and client satisfaction are realized. Lead the team to get results as per project requirements.

Job Description : Job Profile : Project execution for onshore and offshore Commissioning , pre-commissioning and Handover to ONGC project control management with planning , project procurement and vendor follow up for timely delivery of the services and material at required at site, places with TPIA clearance. Barge coordination at Offshore prior commissioning.
Commissioning of four SGT –Siemens Gas Turbines with 1hr MRT and 4 hr String Test at onshore/yard and 72 hr performance test at offshore for ONGC projects with preservation of Turbines and Compressor .
Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Review of the weekly progress and monthly targets involving major project effects. Closely monitoring the critical items supply and delivery of Long delivery special item from special manufactures as per approved list with few additional approval of vendors for ease of the project schedule.
Timely pre -commissioning, commissioning, start up with realiablity run and performance test of the supplied package and clearing the warranty claims/punch points as per the site feedback and checking SPIRs, NCR , back charging backup and maintaining all records with Internals and external agencies and Closing related Punch Points.
Achievements:
1. Executed the INR 1300 Cr ( $283 M.) ONGC – Booster Compressor offshore Process platform projet (BCPB2) on EPCC basis involving 4 SGT (Siemens) based booster compressors , Deck ,Jacket , Bridge modification , Compressor and Building module at South Bassein Gas Field with surveys, load out, tie down, transportation, offshore installation ,hook up & testing at Yard and Pre-commissioning & Commissioning at offshore .Handover to ONGC- Asset at Offshore. Completion of NCR/Punch points.
