I have Working Experience of MECHANICAL WORKSHOP, FABRICATION SHOP, CIVIL CONSTRUCTION (BUILDING CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE), HVAC UNIT, POWER PLANT (OPERATION & MAINTENANCE), SAFETY, DESALINATION PLANT (WATER TREATMENT PLANT) AND CHEMICAL PROCESSING PLANT (CAUSTIC SODA PRILLS PRODUCING PLANT) Etc.

(SODA), Jubail Industrial City, K.S.A., a continuous Process for Caustic Soda Prills and Solid Producing Company with Technical know how from BERTRAMS OF SWITZER LAND with a capacity of 150 MT/DAY. Dealing with Engineering Review, Technical Support, Project Monitoring, and Progress
Measurement & Contractual matters. The Project involves Process plant for Caustic Soda Prilling, Utility Packages for Chilled Water, Dry Air/ Instrument Air/ Plant Air, Steam Boiler, Cooling Water System, Domestic Water System, Pipe Line System, Off Site Services including Caustic Tank, Pipeline for Liquid Caustic Soda, Hot Oil Line & Heating Salt System, Fuel Gas, Nitrogen Gas, and Fire Water etc. Have organized major repairs and Overhauling of Rotating & Static Equipment for Condition Based Maintenance System (CBMS) for diverse range of Mechanical, Fixed Machineries that includes Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Chillers, Condensers, Coolers, Pressure Vessels, Steam Boilers, Storage Tanks, and Valves etc.
Prepared Maintenance Procedures, Lubrication Schedules, Trouble Shooting charts to guide the Technicians. Monitored Spare Stock Levels and plans for replenishment.
