Job Description : Installation, operation and maintenance of Electronics Switches (Siemens EWSD, Ericsson AXE-10, and CDOT MBM).

First Line of Maintenance i.e. Alarm handling, Fault diagnosis and Rectification.

 Management of Exchange data viz. modifying different Analysis tables such as
B-Number analysis, Routing Analysis, Charging Analysis.

Carrying out network related administration activities like CP ,SN,SSG,TSG,MB.
DLU,LTG, Backup, Charging files output backup,Transaction log, Exchange data
backup as a part of routine job.
 Network optimization / Capacity expansions of network. (POI, Group Switch,
Loading of upgraded software corrections/ chain deliveries).

 Supervision of O&M performance of Ericsson AXE-10,OMC Monitoring, System Administration.

 Daily Operation of Switch, O&M Activities, O&M of AXE 10 Switch as TAX,NLD,ILD , PRI lines.

 Involved in B-No. Analysis modification & Solving out different technical problems

 Initiating for ceasing of all type of alarms in the Exchange.

 Supervision of Engineers to sort out the diff. Prob. Arises in the Exchange on priority basis., Clearing of Planned events, Planning & coordinating for all switch related activities.
