Job Description : Compliance

Designing and Implementing internal controls for compliance
Compliance of Policies and procedures applicable local, state jurisdictions.
Managing audits and investigations into regulatory and compliance issues as per third party guidelines.
Responding to requests for information from regulatory bodies
Responsible for compliance of labor laws and framing of employee related policies.
Liasoning with Labor law authorities and labor consultants.
Handling of employee related court cases.
