Plans are also in place to take the company to new level with greater service experiences and transparency, tracking of cargo through sms, internet, GPS, RFID technology, making website more interactive and giving maximum information real time to the customers, introduction into social media through Blog, Twitter and Facebook, planning more tie-ups, appointing new agents all over India, doing strategic acquisition and mergers and lastly to attain a scale for the next stage on path to the greater public participation in the company.
Further, strategic & tactical planning for export & domestic marketing initiatives of Pharmaceutical, surgicals and OTC products, sourcing of various commodities from national and international markets are additional roles.
