Vendor Management: Steering strategic sourcing through identification of cost effective vendors/suppliers for procurement with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability. Carrying out vendor localization/ indigenization for curtailing costs of materials as well as negotiating the terms of credit with vendors as well as the cost of material required
Material Planning/ Inventory Management: Preparing material requirement plan as per production floor needs. Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in the plant. Generating purchase orders as and when inventory levels reach. Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet production and dispatch targets. Building Operations and Supply chain audit system in plant for discipline in meeting customer demands by keeping low inventory. Identifying sources for cost effective procurement of /Auto parts/ Computer Parts/Sheet metal/Plastic/casted/forged/Machined/parts/Jigs/Fixtures/Tools/ equipments& Various Raw materials as per requirements for smooth production. Ensuring single piece flow & FIFO in the plant by feeding the Production centers on hourly basis and supplying to customers as per KANBAN system.
Store/Warehouse Management: Set up 03 warehouses from scratch & set up all the systems: handled 03 warehouses covering 250000 sq. ft. area with 20 vehicles /100 staff & workers 24X7 days working. Responsible for Logistics/ Distribution for all NCR & Haryana/ U.P. without any delays causing any business loss.
Production Planning & Control
Scheduling & routing production orders, loading the materials on line as per back-to-back, Bulk & Kanban concepts.
Performing reconciliation of excess materials, consumption errors, and bill of materials accuracy, Rejection & Rescheduling of orders on regular basis.
Achieving daily & weekly assembly targets by effective coordination with assembly, QC, QA, Stores, Procurement, leading daily materials / manufacturing review and focusing on overall plant requirement, shortages, payment plans, road permits, manpower requirements, rejections, counter measures, new product releases, potential materials chokes, customers priority & >2 days QC pending, pending NCR’s week.

Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents and conducting audits to ensure compliance with the laid standards.
Implementing Shop floor practices such as 5S, Suggestion scheme, quality circle, award system, manpower rotation, wastage elimination, teamwork.
Monitoring discipline at the shop floor for an accident free & safe work culture.
Complying all the TS-16949 system documentation & procedures-control plan, operation standards, Work instructions, machine & process check sheets and SPC on the critical process parameters
